Jennifer Withee, MSN, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner & Founder
Meet Jen, NP — founder, medical director, board-certified Nurse Practitioner, and advanced injector behind Kulture Aesthetics. With over 18 years in healthcare, Jen began her career as a registered nurse in 2007, working in labor & delivery and the ICU. She earned her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Grand Canyon University in 2013 and went on to serve the Valley for years as a trusted primary care provider.
While caring for patients’ overall health, Jen’s passion for aesthetic medicine continued to grow. She became a certified injector in 2016 and, after years of ongoing education, hands-on training, and refining her craft, she transitioned into aesthetic medicine full time in 2020.
Today, Jen specializes in full-face rejuvenation, comprehensive anti-aging, and facial harmonization, delivering results that are natural, refined, and uniquely tailored to each patient. Her approach is rooted in connection, thoughtful care, and confidence—guiding patients through their aesthetic journey with expertise and intention.
Outside the treatment room, Jen enjoys outdoor adventures with her big goldendoodle—Lucy, diving into true crime, and spending time with her family. Her husband is an Arizona native, and her daughter recently graduated from University of California San Diego.
Cassie Barnett, RN
Registered Nurse
Meet Cassie, RN — a skilled and compassionate nurse injector with an artistic eye for enhancing natural beauty. Cassie began her nursing career in critical care, working in the ICU, where she developed a strong foundation in precision, safety, and patient care.
She discovered her passion for aesthetic medicine in 2020 and hasn’t looked back. Cassie is known for going above and beyond to help each patient feel refreshed, confident, and authentically themselves. She is deeply dedicated to her craft and continually sharpens her skills through advanced trainings and national aesthetic conferences.
Outside the treatment room, Cassie stays busy with her three kids, two pups, and a whole lot of love. She enjoys health and fitness activities, road trips and traveling!
Richelle Wheeler, RN
Registered Nurse
Meet Richelle, RN — a dedicated nurse injector committed to helping patients look and feel their most confident. Originally from Chicago, Richelle has called Arizona home since 2002 and began her nursing career in 2010. She continues to care for pediatric patients at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, bringing compassion, precision, and clinical excellence to every interaction.
With a long-standing interest in aesthetic medicine, Richelle became certified through the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics in 2019. She remains deeply committed to expanding her expertise through ongoing hands-on training and national aesthetic conferences.
Richelle is known for her warm, attentive approach and takes pride in educating and empowering patients throughout their treatment journey. Her clinical expertise, thoughtful listening, and eye for detail make her a trusted partner in your glow-up journey.
In her spare time, Richelle loves to watch football, go to concerts, travel, and spend time with friends and family.
Mayah Easaw
Administrative Specialist/Office Assistant
Meet Mayah — our charming office assistant and administrative support specialist. Whether you're checking in at the front or calling to book your next appointment, she’s here to make your experience smooth, welcoming, and effortless.
Mayah has been with the Kulture team since 2023. Many of you may know that she recently started a career as a Southwest flight attendant—and we are so proud of her! Mayah still continues to provide part-time office support and enjoys helping our patients when she can.
When she’s not in the office or in the air, you’ll find her soaking up the Arizona sun like the true desert lizard she is — or curled up with a good book on a rare rainy day.
Venus Acosta
Front Desk Coordinator/Office Assistant
Meet Venus — our amazing front desk coordinator and multi-tasking assistant at Kulture Aesthetics. Venus joined our team in 2025 and has an experienced background in the health and beauty industry. In 2018, she left her career as a dental assistant to pursue her journey as a professional makeup artist, as well as a certified lash & brow artist. After years of running her own business full-time, she scaled back to enjoy a healthier work/life balance. We are very lucky to have her!
With her warm personality and caring disposition, Venus brings a soothing energy to every part of the patient experience.
When Venus is not busy coordinating day to day operations and assisting patients, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and taking on freelance makeup assignments.
