Meet the Team

Jennifer Withee, FNP-C

Meet Jen — our founder, medical director, board-certified Nurse Practitioner, and advanced injector behind the vision of Kulture Aesthetics. With a career in healthcare spanning over 15 years, Jen began as a registered nurse in 2007, working in labor & delivery and the ICU. She earned her Master’s as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Grand Canyon University in 2013 and spent years serving the Valley as a trusted primary care provider. While she loved helping patients with their overall health, her passion for aesthetic medicine continued to grow.

Jen became a certified injector in 2016 and, after years of additional education, hands-on training, and refining her craft, she took the leap to pursue aesthetics full time in 2020. She now specializes in full-face rejuvenation, anti-aging, and facial harmonization, offering results that are natural, transformative, and tailored to each individual. Her approach is rooted in connection, care, and confidence — guiding every patient thoughtfully through their aesthetic journey.

Outside the treatment room, Jen loves traveling, outdoor adventures with her goldendoodle, indulging in true crime, and spending time with her wonderful husband. She’s also a proud mom to a brilliant daughter studying nano-engineering at UC San Diego.

Cassie Barnett, RN

Registered Nurse

Meet Cassie — one of our talented nurse injectors with a passion for enhancing natural beauty and promoting total wellness. Originally from Payson, AZ, she made the Valley her permanent home in 2023. Cassie began her nursing career in critical care before discovering her love for aesthetics in 2020. She’s all about personalized care, helping each patient feel refreshed, confident, and authentically themselves. Dedicated to her craft, she continually hones her skills through advanced trainings and national aesthetic conferences.

Outside the treatment room, Cassie stays busy with her three kids, two pups, and a whole lot of love.

Richelle Wheeler, RN

Registered Nurse

Meet Richelle — our passionate and dedicated nurse injector with a mission to help you look and feel your most confident. Originally from Chicago, she’s called Arizona home since 2002 and began her nursing journey in 2010. With experience in both adult and pediatric care, Richelle found her true calling in aesthetics and became certified through the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics in 2019. She's constantly staying ahead of the curve with new techniques and innovations in this ever-evolving field. Her warm approach, clinical expertise, and eye for detail make her a trusted partner in your glow-up journey.

Mayah Easaw

Lead Office Assistant | Scheduling Coordinator

Meet Mayah — our lead office assistant and scheduling coordinator. She is the friendly face (or voice!) you're most likely to connect with first at Kulture Aesthetics. Whether you're checking in at the front or calling to book your next appointment, she’s here to make your experience smooth, welcoming, and effortless. She's been a part of the Kulture family since summer 2023 and brings warmth, efficiency, and just the right amount of sass to the team.

When she’s not coordinating your glow-up, you’ll find her soaking up the Arizona sun like the true desert lizard she is — or curled up with a good book on a rare rainy day.

Venus Acosta

Office Assistant

Meet Venus — our vibrant office assistant here at Kulture Aesthetics. Born and raised in Mesa, AZ, Venus has been in the beauty industry for over 5 years, starting her journey with makeup and permanent makeup. She’s passionate about all things beauty and loves helping others feel confident, radiant, and seen.

With her warm personality and eye for detail, Venus brings positive energy to every part of the patient experience.
